Taylor Made r5 TP driver?

I got my r5 TP driver last Aug (2006), was very happy with it until last Sat, after 3 tee shots, the Diamana stiff shaft just split in the lower section. All the 3 tee shots was clean and I did not at anytime hit the ground or something like that (if needed to, my caddy can be withness to that).
I’ve sent in a message to Taylor Made website.

Main Question is, will Taylor Made do something about it? Thanks!

TaylorMade will stand behind their product, but you may be better off first contacting the retailer that you purchased the club from. You may get an immediate replacement from the retailer. Good luck!

who has the new titleist driver???

how do u like it??

Sorry, I can’t say that I own it. However, Titleist has been known to make some of golf’s best drivers. Alot of men on tour play them. I am a callaway man though and their drivers are absolutely AMAZING you should go ahead and give them a try too.

You should make sure you hit one first, and try different shafts to make sure you get the one that works best for you

Should I upgrade from a Taylor Made 360 Ti driver?

I am a 10 handicap and can hit my Taylor Made 360 driver pretty decent…is it worth me upgrading to a newer 460cc type driver to gain a few more yards / a little more accuracy? If so, what would be your top suggestions?

Whether it will help you or not is hard to say, as no two swings are the same. To find out this you should try out various clubs and see for yourself. Ideally you want to see the ball flight as well as get figures from a trackman or equivalent.

However you should check out whether your club is legal. If the sole of the club says 360ti on the sole you’re fine, if it says R360ti then its not a conforming driver. If you plan to play in any competition, you should definitely change the club so that it is legal and you’re not cheating.

Hope this helps.

Good luck.

Whats the best golf driver to buy my boyfriend for his birthday?

He has alot of power in his swing, the ball goes really far but not always straight it looks like taylor made makes some kind of really forgiving driver… can anyone help me?

The ball usually does not always go straight for anyone playing, including Tiger, no matter what club you choose.

To someone who plays golf regularly as a passion, selecting a driver is like selecting a girlfriend or wife. You have to like how it looks, the sounds it makes as it hits the ball, how it feels, and how it responds to your hands. You should sneakily try to find out which one he prefers. The next time you talk about it, ask him if he thinks a different driver would help and which one he likes the best. Also, the stiffness, length, and type of shaft matters along with the loft of the clubhead.

TaylorMade, Titleist, Ping, Nike, Cleveland, and many other companies make what are considered forgiving drivers with clubhead sizes in the 450cc range. Not all golfers like clubheads that big.

4 years ago, for my birthday, my girlfriend stuck me in the car and took me to the golf shop where I was able to try out many fairway woods and select the two that I wanted. She then took me directly to the driving range and sat patiently watching while I hit a bucket of balls. She had also arranged a tee time for me the next morning. Every time I play golf, I think about what she did for me and tell my playing partners who are envious. This has a lot to do with her longevity and I have yet, in my mind, to do something as important for her but, I keep trying.

I just got a Taylor Made R7 Draw driver from Ebay. There is a weight in the toe of the head only. Removeable?

A torks does not fit it. The center is round. There may be a special wrench to fit the plug. Is this plug removeable or not? It seems to be spring loaded. I can turn it a little but it turns back by itself in either direction. Are there any instructions on adding or removing weights for this club? It is new. Help!

NO–you can’t change it. It is set up for a draw already. Don’t try to change it.

Difference between Taylor Made Drivers?

Looking to get either an r7 460, a Superquad or a
Burner Driver…What’s the difference between these and also how much better are the TP tour preferred drivers??? detailed answers plz
also, price really isn’t an issue because i’m probably going to get a used driver.

A supersquad is great because it has 26 grams of movable weight in four ports that promotes 28 yard lateral trajectory change and 1.5 degree launch angles change. Its very consistent too and its exceptionally easy to lauch on a high strong trajectory. The burner is an awesome club because it has an advanced bullet shaped clubhead that incorporates far back CG location to launch the ball high and super deep. And, its superfast technology reduces total club weight to 299 grams from average of 320 and promotes faster swing speed for added drive crushing distance. Its not the most accurate club in the world, but, it will pass. The r7 460 , i would say, is the best choice here because it is a bit cheaper than the other ones with almost all the features of most of the other drivers. It makes you feel alot more confident and completely eliminates your slices. It has a Taylormad RE*AX shaft with Fujikura RE*AX technology that reduces ovaling in the mid section to promote greater stability, shot consistency, and clubhead speed. It has tremendous forgiveness and its use of Inverted Cone Technology dramatically expands the portion of the clubface that delivers high COR, promoting higher ball velocity, and greater distance on drives. But really, you should test out each driver for a while and whatever improves your game, and whatever fits you is what you should buy. I hope my answer helped.

What is the size(cc) of Titleist 983K driver?

What is difference between 983K and 983E?
What year is it made?

983k = 2003′ish 365cc. The larger head size compared to the 983E, produces a moderate launch angle and higher moment of inertia for playability
983e = 2005/2006 350cc. deep face and a shallower pear profile

What is the best golf driver for a player with a slow swing/ball speed?

Are all drivers about the same for a player with a slow swing speed? Does anyone with a slow swing/ball speed used the following drivers with good results?

Nickent 4DX
TaylorMade Burner
Mizuno MX 700
Other:

I think you should focus more on the ball. Because if you have a golf ball that should be for 105mph swing speed your not gonna get as much distance as you usually would, but if you have a ball for a 70mph your going to get maximum distance! How fast is your swing speed? If its about 70mph try a srixon trispeed.

But thats kinda off the subject! lol any of those except taylormade
