I don’t know of any companies that sell the driver head only, but Ebay occasionally has one or two or three or four posted on its site. You could also try your local area on Craigslist (www.craigslist.org) and you might not find just the head, but stuff on Craigslist is super cheap. You could just pull the shaft that’s in the driver and put the new one in.

Taylor made currrently has a 460 draw driver. They will come out with the new Burner driver really soon. But will they come out with a Burner draw?
It already is a draw driver.

what should I be looking for in a new driver that might help control or reduce my slice. Would Like to stay with taylorMades but that is not set in stone.
OK don’t get a driver that can fix your slice!! It will only hurt you in the long run. What if you fix your swing and develop a straight shot then your driver will hook. If you hit a draw your driver will super hook you will never know. I believe cobra might have something like that but get a standard driver and work on your swing path bro that way you know its not the clubs fault or its not the arrow its the Indian.

I got my r5 TP driver last Aug (2006), was very happy with it until last Sat, after 3 tee shots, the Diamana stiff shaft just split in the lower section. All the 3 tee shots was clean and I did not at anytime hit the ground or something like that (if needed to, my caddy can be withness to that).
I’ve sent in a message to Taylor Made website.
Main Question is, will Taylor Made do something about it? Thanks!
TaylorMade will stand behind their product, but you may be better off first contacting the retailer that you purchased the club from. You may get an immediate replacement from the retailer. Good luck!

A torks does not fit it. The center is round. There may be a special wrench to fit the plug. Is this plug removeable or not? It seems to be spring loaded. I can turn it a little but it turns back by itself in either direction. Are there any instructions on adding or removing weights for this club? It is new. Help!
NO–you can’t change it. It is set up for a draw already. Don’t try to change it.

My ball speed is 130 what loft should I get on the driver.
With your ball speed you need to make sure you have enough loft to keep the ball in the air. 10.5 should be about right. Don’t be afraid to go 11 or higher if you need the extra loft. Make sure you also are looking at a regular flex shaft or even whippier to maximize your speed
